Business customers can request a personal consultation here: do you ship regularly, need a part load or full truckload, or would you like to discuss a personal discount for frequent shippers? Leave us your details and your request. Our team will get back to you personally as quickly as possible. You can also book individual transports of pallets and general cargo directly online with an instant price, without a consultation.

For a quick assessment, it helps us to know your typical routes, the quantity per week or month, the pallet type and the approximate weight. A conversation is particularly worthwhile if you ship regularly, if your shipment exceeds the limits of online booking or if you would like to clarify questions about packaging, load carriers and invoicing.
Do you ship every week or every month? For frequent shippers, we add a personal discount that is deducted automatically with every booking.
More than six packages or an entire loading area cannot be booked online. We will discuss with you how we organise the shipment.
Up to 1,250 kg per package and 3,000 kg per shipment can be booked online. For heavier machines or equipment, please contact us directly.
Dangerous goods under ADR cannot be booked online. We are happy to review individual requests. Please describe the type and quantity of the goods.
As a business customer, you pay for your transports by invoice. You can find all invoices as PDFs in your customer account.
Business customers can book Euro pallets, disposable pallets, mesh pallet boxes or IBCs. Load carriers are not exchanged; they stay with the recipient as part of the packaging.
