Shipment tracking: track your shipment online

For shipment tracking, you need the order number and the order date from your order confirmation. With these you can check the status of your shipment online at any time. With the recipient's postcode, we also show you the pickup and delivery address, the pickup date and the rate you booked.

With a free customer account you find all orders with shipment tracking directly after logging in, without having to look up the order number and order date.

Pickup and delivery usually take place between 8 am and 4 pm; we cannot give a more precise time in advance. If you would like to know the time more precisely, you can add the paid driver delivery notice when booking: the driver then calls before arriving. Alternatively, you can book a delivery appointment by phone. The freight forwarder then agrees the delivery date with the recipient.

The stages your shipment goes through

1. Order: we have received your booking.
2. Processing: your order is being processed and the pickup is being prepared.
3. Shipment picked up: the driver has collected your shipment at the pickup location.
4. In transit to the hub and Arrived at the hub: there your shipment is reloaded for the destination region.
5. In transit to the destination depot and Arrived at the destination depot: the shipment has arrived near the recipient.
6. Out for delivery: the shipment is on its way to the recipient.
7. Delivered: the recipient has received the shipment.
