With transportami you see your final price including VAT and transport insurance straight away. You neither have to call nor wait for a quote. Enter the pickup and delivery locations, dimensions and weight, choose your pickup date and pay online, even without a customer account. The transport is carried out by vetted forwarding partners from our network.

Your piece of furniture, bulky goods or bicycle stands on a disposable pallet that stays with the recipient. Pickup and delivery are kerbside, so you don't need a loading dock. You can book transports within Germany, between Germany and Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or Poland, and within Switzerland.

Frequently asked questions from private customers

How does booking work?

You enter the pickup and destination locations as well as the dimensions and weight of your shipment and see the price. Then you choose the rate and pickup date, enter the addresses and pay online. You do not need a customer account for this. You receive the order confirmation by email.

When will my shipment be picked up?

You choose your pickup date yourself when booking, up to four weeks in advance. If you book by 11:30 am, pickup is possible as early as the next working day. On that day, pickup usually takes place between 8 am and 4 pm. We cannot guarantee a fixed time.

Is pickup possible without a loading dock?

Yes. The lorries are equipped with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Pickup and delivery are kerbside: your pallet must be accessible at ground level and it must be possible to lift it from below with a pallet truck. We do not carry goods into your home or to another floor.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Send transportami an email quoting the order number to storno@transportami.com. If your cancellation arrives no later than 24 hours before the start of the planned pickup day, it is free of charge. If you cancel later, a cancellation fee of 100% of the transport costs applies.
